Simple pricing for Bedrock teams starting on AWS Marketplace.

Start with a 7-day trial, move to a predictable production plan, and keep billing growth tied to AWS accounts and Knowledge Bases rather than opaque telemetry volume.

Three paths: trial, production, enterprise.

Trial
$0 / 7 days
Connect one account and see the product against live Bedrock signals.
  • 1 AWS account
  • 3 Knowledge Bases monitored

  • 90 days hot retention
  • Unlimited alert rules and destinations
  • Unlimited digest schedules
  • StackSet onboarding and SLA

Billing expands with footprint, not with hidden telemetry math.

This model keeps the pricing easier to understand for cold buyers who want a clear starting point before connecting AWS.

Additional AWS account
$49 / account / month
Additional Knowledge Base
$10 / KB / month
Annual discount
Production at $159 / month billed annually ($1,908/yr)
No surprise billing. All billing runs through AWS Marketplace — there is no direct web checkout, and BedrockOps never stores payment details. A Knowledge Base with multiple data sources counts as one Knowledge Base. At the end of the 7-day trial the account transitions to read-only access until you subscribe — never an auto-upgrade.

Built-in billing controls for teams that want predictable cost.

BedrockOps is designed to be understandable and controllable from the start.

Spend cap

Customer-set monthly cap

Set the maximum spend per month and keep finance teams comfortable. Caps can be raised at any time and take effect immediately; auto-expand with a user-defined step is opt-in.

Early warning

50% projection, 80% email

At 50% of cap, an in-app projection of end-of-period spend is shown. At 80% of cap, admins receive an email warning.

Protected mode

At 100% of cap

At 100% of cap, protected mode pauses high-volume time-series ingestion (quota, throttling, invocation metrics) for the remainder of the period. Dashboards, incident history, alerts, and Knowledge Base state writes stay fully operational — protected mode pauses ingestion only, never already-processed dashboards or alerts.

Choose based on operating footprint, not on feature confusion.

Trial

Connect one account

Best for teams that want to see the product against live Bedrock signals quickly.

Production

Multiple workloads

Best for teams running Bedrock in multiple workloads that need recurring incident analysis, Knowledge Base operations, and root-cause triage.

Enterprise

Larger footprint

Best for teams that need a larger operating footprint, longer retention, and stronger security or commercial requirements.

Start with the BedrockOps trial and move to production when the team is ready.

Start through AWS Marketplace, connect AWS with a read-only role, and see BedrockOps against real production data before expanding your footprint.
